1. Terms

8. Payment Terms

The Mind Synergy is committed to providing excellence in support for all students and customers. Continuous guidance and resources will be made available to graduates as part of our ongoing commitment to their growth and success. All payments made for courses, programmes, and related services are strictly non-refundable. Once payment is received, it signifies a confirmed enrolment and allocation of resources, hence refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

10. Personal Data Collection Statement

In compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”), The Mind Synergy seeks your consent to collect, use, and disclose your personal data, including but not limited to your name, contact number(s), and email address.

The collection and use of your personal data are for purposes related to:

  • verifying your identity for admission to our programmes, courses, workshops, or events;
  • managing attendance, enrolment, certification, and administrative matters; and

Your personal data will be kept securely in accordance with PDPA requirements and will only be disclosed where required to comply with applicable laws or regulations, or upon valid request by regulatory, government, or statutory authorities.

Your consent will remain in effect until you withdraw it by submitting a written request to info@themindsynergy.com.
